15th anniversary

On 01 May 2007 Dekorplast celebrated its 15th anniversary.

Windows Dekorplast has been present on the market since 1 January 1992. From the very beginning, our philosophy was to satisfy the needs of demanding clients, who wanted top-quality products and services. The experience we have gained from working in the field of PVC joinery over the years allowed us to recruit a team of professionals who manufacture, assemble and sell windows, doors, facades and other PVC accessories.

Today we offer Zendow windows by Deceuninck.

CE marking

CE marking CE marking and new standards
Since 1 March 2007, the glass panes used in our windows have been labelled by the CE mark, which was introduced in order to standardize requirements for products from EU countries which adapted the so-called harmonized standards (hEN). These standards are documents approved by Comité Européen de Normalisation (CEN), a representative of standardization bodies in respective countries, in line with European Commission mandate.

A CE-marked product is compliant with the Construction Products Directive 89/106/EEC and meets all technical requirements of the applicable harmonized European Standard.

Consequently, glass panes do not have the U factor printed on the internal bead. To find the information on the purchased product and access the Declaration of Conformity along with detailed specifications, refer to the main label of the product for the purchase date and the name of the base glass from which it was made. This information will enable you to find the relevant document.

The applicable standard specifying the method according to which the U-factor is tested. According to the former PN-EN 674 standard, all of glass panes we use have a U factor =1.0 W/m2.K. According to a newly introduced standard, PN-EN-673, these panes are characterised by U=1.1W/m2.K.
